We are famous for traditional Silesian cuisine, but we also serve dishes of other regions. All meals are prepared with organic and natural ingredients. We want to support the local community, so we source products from local farmers, which guarantees freshness and quality of our dishes. Arriving in Głogówek is inseparable from visiting Salve and trying an excellent boar roll stuffed with porcini mushrooms!

For amateurs of less traditional tastes, our chef proposes delicious burgers accompanied by homemade fries, beef steak or pasta with shrimps. Seasonal dishes are also on offer, e.g. in winter the menu includes excellent gingerbread ice cream in cherry glaze, and in spring dishes with asparagus.

The offer of Salve Hotel is more than the receptions held indoors. We also provide professional catering services for outdoor events such as local festivals. In addition, we offer catering for all kinds of events: corporate, banquets, family celebrations, as well as inaugurations and openings of shops or supermarkets.
